Hello, I am so glad you have dropped by Boones Creek’s website. I hope before too long that you and I can meet in person.
I grew up in Johnson City, Tennessee attending Science Hill High School, and East Tennessee State University where I majored in Business and found the most special person in my life, Mandy. Mandy and I have been married since 2002 and share our lives around 3 children Jeremiah, Sam, and Molly Kate.
I came to the knowledge of Christ as a young man but I am far from perfect. In fact, there was a period of my life that you might say I ran away or just denied the presence of God in my life. However, the grace of God brought me back to repentance in my college years. After college I began discipling younger men and ministry through the local church. God gave me a call in to ministry and the opportunity to attend training at Southeastern Baptist Seminary where I received a Master of Arts in Counseling and later Liberty Baptist Seminary were I received a Master of Divinity in Missional Studies. The Lord’s faithfulness has allowed me to serve 3 churches, 1 in NC and now 2 here in TN. Again, I would really love to see you in person, but most of all I hope God’s best for you with a walk in Christ.

Bill is a 1979 graduate of ETSU with a degree in Accounting. He loves God and country and enjoys reading, fishing and UT sports.

I have been a member of Boones Creek Baptist Church for 39 years. After retiring from my full time job, I started as part time secretary here on November 22, 1997. I love my church. My favorite things to do are reading, singing (trying to) walking, working outside, and spending time with family.
Isaac Depew- Worship Director | isaac@boonescreek.org
Isaac has been the worship director and a member of Boones Creek Baptist Church since August 2021. He was raised in Watauga, TN, with a strong Christian background. Currently, he is pursuing a degree in Communication at East Tennessee State University with plans to attend seminary after graduation. His desire is to spread the Gospel through ministry.
Hayden Howard- Children’s Director | hayden@boonescreek.org
Hayden started serving with Boones Creek in August of 2022. She is currently studying special education at ETSU. She serves as the Social Outreach Coordinator at the ETSU Baptist Collegiate Ministry, and with Luke 14 Ministries supporting the leadership team and assisting with marketing and PR. In her spare time, she is an active member of Sigma Kappa Sorority in the Gamma Lambda chapter. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and visiting her two dogs, Bubba and Bella, in Morristown.
